Terms and Conditions for Happy Marriage Website

1.         Candidate up to the age of 75 years can register with the marriage bureau.

2.         Girl should be above 18 years and boy candidate should be above 21 years of age as per the prevailing Indian Law.

3.         Bureau covers all category of candidates – BACHELOR –HANDICAPED – DIVORCED – WIDOW – SENIOR CITIZEN

4.         Candidates should provide accurate and factual and clear details and information in their resume –profile and website.

5.         Candidates give HAPPY MARRIAGE BUREAU the permission to use his/her details and photographs for proper match finding purpose. If HAPPY MARRIAGE BUREAU finds any wrong/misleading information from the candidate then the bureau reserves rights to suspend his/her application and forfeit the fees given.

6.         HAPPY MARRAIGE BUREAU also reserves right for the legal action/proceeding for hiding/wrong/misleading information/details submitted by the candidates.

7.         HAPPY MARRIAGE BUREAU will take all precaution and due care for the proper verification of details submitted by the candidates. However, it is the sole responsibility of candidates also to verify the genuineness and correctness of the information/details given by the other candidates.

8.         Candidates are requested to upload decent photographs in JPGE/PNG format. Being registered member with the HAPPY MARRIAGE BUREAU you confirm that you have no objection to receive emails, SMS, message or calls from the bureau.

9.         Candidate will not send any junk email or SMS to any members of HAPPY MARRIAGE BUREAU. All the information/details given will be kept confidential.

10.     Payment of the prescribe fees will be given either by cheque or to bank account and receipt for the same to be obtained from the Bureau. Any query/clarification should be addressed to the bureau through the registered email id of the bureau only.

11.     Candidates are requested to take prior appointment before visiting office/bureau.

12.     Candidates whose divorced proceeding and formalities are completed are requested to submit relevant legal documents.

13.     It is expected and requested to candidates to inform marriage bureau in the event of finalization of life partner. This is only for reference and records of the marriage bureau and avoid communication gap.

14.     Marriage bureau does not take any responsibility or liability- Financial or legal or any other type in the event of any unfortunate incident during the course of married life.

15.     Marriage bureau only recommends the candidates and does not prevail upon or force for his/her selection. It is solely at discretion of bride and groom. Marriage bureau will share number of profiles as per the different plans of marriage bureau.

16.     These Terms and Condition will be applicable to you till you use our services. Submission of registration form means you have gone through the above terms and conditions and the same are acceptable to you.

17.     By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

18.     Candidates are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of  their  account -information and for all activities that occur under his/her  account.
